For KITAS holder ( any type of KITAS ) who are no longer extend KITAS , Exit Permit Only is required to void their KITAS.

Exit Permit Only will be granted by the Chief Immigration Office where your KITAS issued and the issuance of Exit Permit Only shall be at least 15 days before the expiration date of the KITAS and  shall be leaving the country of Indonesia within 7 /14 days from the date of Exit Permit Only issuance.

    • SLIP DPKK & IMTA ( for KITAS Working holder )
    • Letter of application from sponsorship by attaching copy ID

  5. ID of shareholder, such as: ID/passport, NPWP/ ID Tax Number, photograph 2 pcs.
