Extra fees may apply
You can apply for e-VOA 14 days before your travel. However, you are advised to create an e-VOA request at least 48 hours before your departure.

VOA is extendable for 1(one) time for 30 days.

Offshore Single entry e-VISA – Index 211A/211B

Length of stay 60 days visit visa granted by the Head of Immigration of Indonesia for the purpose of such as tour visit or socio cultural visit, or business, type of non-working purposes visa and extend able for 2 (two) times for each 60 days.

Requirements:

  • A passport with min 18 months validity.
  • An invitation letter /Sponsorship from a local company in Indonesia (company permits) attached.
  • Price IDR 5,500,000
    (Include: Company sponsorship & Visa fee)
  • Extension of each 60 days IDR 3,000,000


The document from sponsorship and applicant shall be submitted to the Head of Immigration of Indonesia to apply for e-visa and it takes processing time at around 10 working days.

As soon as the visa application approved and the e-visa granted, the visa must be used within generally 90 days from the date of issue by entering the country.

Once entering the country the expiration visa will be calculated from the date of arrival.

Offshore Multiple Entry Business e-VISA – Index 212
One year validity e-visa which for 60 days for each visit to Indonesia for the purpose of multiple journey business visit. Its type of non-working purposes visa and NOT EXTENDABLE.

Requirements:

  • A passport with min 18 months validity.
  • An invitation letter /Sponsorship from a registered company in Indonesia (company permits* ) attached.
  • Approval from the Director General of Immigration Jakarta
  • Price IDR 10,000,000

The documents from sponsorship and applicant shall be submitted to Director General of Immigration Jakarta to get e-VISA and it will take processing time at around 7 – 10 working days.

Offshore Investor KITAS (Non-Working e-Visa) – Index 313/314
Length of temporary stay visa, it is generally valid for up to 2 (two) years and extendable every two years for the purpose of investment the private sectors.

Requirements:

  • A passport with min 30 month’s validity.
  • Full Vaccination Certificate
  • Insurance of Medical
  • An invitation letter /Sponsorship from a registered company in Indonesia (a company permits*) attached.
  • PNBP fee USD 150
  • Processing fee IDR 19,500,000

Company Permits copies attached:

  • Letter of application
  • Id of Director
  • Letter Domicile of company
  • OSS Permits

The documents from sponsorship and applicant shall be submitted to Director General Immigration of Indonesia to get approval of an e-VISA.
This processing time will take at around 2 week working days.

As soon as the approvals are granted, you will have e-VISA that need to be shown at the immigration check point upon your arrival in Indonesia,

KITAS (Work Visa) – Index 312
Length of temporary stay visa, it is generally valid for up to one year and extendable every year for the purpose of working for employment as an expatriate expert the private sector.

Requirements:

  • A passport with min18 month’s validity.
  • School Certificate/Diploma
  • Resume/Curriculum Vitae
  • Full Vaccination Certificate
  • Insurance of Medical
  • An invitation letter /Sponsorship from a registered company in Indonesia ( a company permits* ) attached.
  • Approval from the Labor Dept. & the Director General of Immigration Jakarta
  • Photograph Size 3×4: 4 pcs.
  • PNBP fee USD 150
  • Must pay for Skill funds US$ 1200
  • Processing fee IDR 15,000,000

The documents from sponsorship and applicant shall be submitted to the Labor department and Director General Immigration of Indonesia to get approval of Expatriate Placement Plan (RPTKA) and Notification of IMTA, and an e-VISA. This processing time will take at around 7-8 weeks working days.

As soon as the approvals are granted and entering the country of Indonesia, you will have e-VISA that need to be shown at the immigration check point upon your arrival.

Offshore KITAS (Family e-Visa) – Index 317
Length of temporary stay visa generally valid for up to one year and extendable every year for the purpose of rejoining family ; Indonesian husband/wife, a foreign husband and or parent who is in possession of KITAS.

Type of non-purposes of working visa.

Requirements:


a.Indonesian Husband/Wife

  • Passport with min18 month validity.
  • An invitation letter /Sponsorship from Indonesian Husband in Indonesia
    (attached: his ID/KTP, KK, marriage certificate/marriage registration, bank statement)
  • e-VISA (Approval from the Director General of Immigration Jakarta)
  • Must pay for PNBP fee USD 150
  • Processing fee IDR 12,000,000

C. Foreign Husband/Parent

  • Passport with min18 month validity.
  • An invitation letter /Sponsorship from husband/parent in Indonesia
    (attached: Copy passport/KITAS of husband/parent, marriage certificate, birth certificate)
  • e-VISA (Approval from the Director General of Immigration Jakarta)
  • Must pay for PNBP fee USD 150
  • Processing fee IDR 12,000,000

KITAS ( Retirement Visa) – Index 319
Length of temporary stay visa granted generally valid for up to one year and extendable every year for the purpose of retirement and type of non purposes of working visa.

Requirements:

  • Passport with min 18 months validity.
  • Age of over 55 years
  • Copy Health/Life/Medical/Mortality Insurance
  • Full Vaccination Certificate
  • Copy of bank statement for living accommodation
  • Statement of Pension Fund Institution
  • Copy of marriage certificate for couple
  • Curriculum Vitae
  • Statement to declare of employment Indonesian maid servant
  • Photograph 3x4cm,4x6cm, each 6 pieces with the red background
  • e-VISA (Approval from the Director General of Immigration Jakarta)
  • Must pay for PNBP fee USD 150
  • Fee IDR 30,000,000

This processing time will take at around 8-9 week working days.

Exit Permit Only
This exit permit is required if you no longer extend your KITAS, you shall be leaving the country of Indonesia within 7 /14 days from the date of Exit Permit issuance

Business Licenses
If you are planning to run business in Indonesia, instead of legal permit to stay, a legal licenses from your business is required.

There are levels of business entities determined by the size of the capital and the business line, they are:

  • UD – Personal Company
  • CV – Commanditaire
  • Vennotschap
  • PT Local – Private Limited Company
  • PT PMA – Foreign Direct Investment

Requirement:

  • Company name (min 3 choice)
  • Formation of share composition
  • Business Plan
  • Physical Office by attaching certificate of building tenancy such as : certificate of land, Id of land owner, IMB or building permit with office function,Tax land.
  • ID of shareholder, such as: ID/passport, NPWP/ ID Tax Number, photograph 2 pcs.
